AMS Street Full Downpipes, Catted | Infiniti Q50 / Q60 3.0t, Nissan Z

The AMS Performance VR30DDTT Street Full Downpipes (part number ALP.28.05.0002-2) are full 3" mandrel-bent stainless downpipes with integrated catalytic converters for the 3.0L twin-turbo VR30. On the AMS shop Q60 with the Red Alpha tune, they made 20 hp more than the AMS race lower downpipes, with earlier power and noticeably faster spool.

AMS designed the inlets and outlets in SolidWorks and 3D printed the pipes to get OEM-level fitment with no chassis clearance problems. Long, gradual mandrel bends keep exhaust velocity up without building back pressure, and the turbine flange gives a smooth transition from the turbo outlet into the 3" tube. Heavy-gauge stainless keeps heat in the pipe, and the design resists cracking.

The converters are EPA compliant GESI units rated to over 800 hp, with 304 stainless construction and a triangle cell design that keeps back pressure low. O2 sensor bungs sit in the factory location so no extensions are needed, and the included 3" to 2.5" adapter lets you run the stock cat-back or an aftermarket system.
