  • Kline Innovation 100 Cell Cat Pipe Set For Ferrari F430
    The Ferrari F430, with its striking looks, and single plane crank V8, and 8500 rpm redline is a pure drivers machine . Here at kline we decided to build the ultimate exhaust system for the F430. The criteria? simply to create an exhaust that acheived the best possible performance, sound and weight savings available.   The Sound: Starting at the drawing board, the first aspect to be upgraded, replacing the stock catalysts for high performance 100cpsi race catalysts, thus reducing the gas drag coefficient, and improving scavenge, and ultimately torque response and peak power figures. Replacing the heavy, cumbersome factory silencer, for our harmonically tuned ultra light weight Inconel 625 silencer, we were able to enrich both bass and treble frequencies, as well as significantly reducing weight. The final, and perhaps one of the most important design features, unique to Kline. Our trademark tight radius laminar flow x pipe. The resulting sound is exceptionally smooth under light driving conditions, and a howling raucous high pitched incendiary vocal when you need it. Under low revs (valve closure) the gases pass through an acoustically tuned silencer, with the cross sections tuned toward reaching optimum gas velocity for achieving maximum torque. under hard load and high revs, the valves open for optimum power, and that unhindered F1 scream. Tips come in either, double skinned mitre cut, or F1 grade pre preg carbon fiber.   • Kline Innovation 200 Cell Cat Pipe Set For Audi RS5 V6 2018+
    The RS5 with a 2.9 litre v6 biturbo engine, producing 444hp is a beautiful example of modern engineering. As with all turbo induction engines, the potential to improve the sound, and power response through exhaust tuning is substantial!   Replacement of the stock 600cpsi catalysts, with either high flow HJS cores, or de-cat pipes, opens up the sound significantly, as well as drastically improving turbo spool for increased power, and reduced spool time. This coupled with the twin 70mm dual oversized down pipes, and 89mm oversized center section, as well as flow optimized pipe free of compressions, allows the engine to reach its full potential. An additional laser cut aluminium cross member is included with the exhaust, to allow for the oversized center pipe. The rear silencer section, working with the cars stock electronic actuated valve system, we crafted a set of light weight, valvetronic rear silencers. on valve open the system becomes completely freeflow, for optimum performance, and aggressive sound. under valve closure, exhaust gases are diverted through a series of chambers and acoustic filled section, tuned towards low rpm torque, and a very quiet volume at cruising speeds. The rear section is finished off with a set of quad carbon fiber tails, manufactured in house from pre-preg F1 grade carbon fiber, with inlaid branding.   Specifications: Downpipes 70mmOD dual, and single 89mm center pipe.   • Kline Innovation 200 Cell Cat Pipe Set For McLaren MP4-12C
    The McLaren MP124C, with its 3.8l twin turbo v8, producing 592hp, Maclaren's first production car in a decade was designed to shake up the established supercar industry! Despite this, the current trend for turbo induction supercars, has the 12C in need of a little sonic makeover. Our main design criteria, to make the MP124C scream like a supercar should!   The Sound: High flow catalysts, or decats, open the volume up significantly, while our signature 1D CLR tight radius x pipe raises the pitch to where a supercar should be. Crafted from premium F1 grade, Inconel 625 superalloy, not only vastly reducing weight, but also adds that special tonal quality to the McLaren that can only be achieved by Kline Inconel range. Available in Decat for optimum sound and performance, or a choice of 100 or 200 cell high flow sports cats. The cats section is modular, allowing the cats to be swapped with decat very rapidly, depending on intended use.   • Kline Innovation 200 Cell Cat Pipe Set For Ferrari 599 GTB
    The Ferrari 599, upon its release became the quintessential grand tourer. With its 6.0l V12 engine, producing 612hp in a naturally aspirated format, the potential for sound is unparalleled!   The Sound: Our main criteria for the 599, to produce a super light, Inconel 625, valvetronic, full exhaust system, that would be subtle and pleasant at cruising speeds, but open up the sound to full F1 scream on full throttle and valve open. Replacing the stock catalyst for high flow 100cpsi HJS sports catalysts, we were able to open the sound significantly. The valvetronic rear section allows the car to be near silent on cruising, while unleashing unrestricted Ferrari scream when the valves are open. Full equal length headers were developed for the 599, removing the catalysts from the headers, improves throttle response, as well as improving the sound significantly.   • Kline Innovation Silencer Section For Porsche 997.2 Turbo Gen II
    The 997 turbo being our primary marque, we wanted to apply the same design innovations, and perfect sound to the Gen II . After reviewing the factory exhaust, major flaws were pinpointed in all areas of the design. Kline designed the worlds first gen II equal length manifolds significantly improving turbo spool, torque curves and peak power. Added to this our usual uncompromising standards in exhaust design and manufacture and sound enhancement.   The Sound: The Factory setup produces the most lackluster sound, mainly due to a series of chambers, 600 cell catalysts, and the most prominent flaw being the lack of balance between opposing banks. Seriously, i would recommend when considering any aftermarket exhaust for a Porsche turbo, never buy an exhaust without some kind of gas balance between left and right banks. replacing the stock cats for a choice of 200cpsi, 100cpsi, or de-cat increases the sound respectively. Replacing the chambered transverse rear silencer with freeflow harmonically tuned silencers enriches the sound, and the addition of our trademark 1D CLR laminar flow X pipe raises the exhaust pitch beyond the region in which bass noise is able to penetrate the cabin, while under hard throttle and high revs, a rich and raucious vocal ensues. This design was pioneered and innovated by Kline, however several copycat designs have started to appear.   Performance: Being a turbo car, the potential for increasing performance via exhaust and software is huge. The largest gains with our De-cat system are 42hp and 50lb/ft. In conjunction with software we achieve 75hp and 74lb/ft. addition of Kline equal length manifolds increases the rate of turbo spool, and the addition of an extra 12lb/ft torque, and 9hp.   Tails: Made in house using genuine aerospace grade Carbon fiber, baked in an autoclave at 10 bar.   Specifications:   Cross Section De-cat cross section 70mm OD specifically chosen for a balance of peak torque and power.     The 458 Challenge, a purpose built race car. here at kline we knew we could improve torque response as well as peak power, and significantly reduce weight.   Th e Concept: Replacing the entire exhaust system and headers for formula one grade Inconel 625, we were able to significantly reduce weight, as well as improving crack resistance and longeivity.     The G82/G83 M4, with a 3.0l twin turbo, inline 6 cylinder engine producing 510hp, is a worthy successor to the M3 legacy.As with all turbo induction engines, the potential to improve the sound, and power response through exhaust tuning is substantial! The Sound: Removal of the OPF filter, and replacement of the stock 600cpsi catalysts, with either high flow HJS cores, or de-cat pipes, opens up the sound significantly, as well as drastically improving turbo spool for increased power, and reduced spool time. This coupled with the twin 70mm dual oversized down pipes, allows the engine to reach its full potential. The addition of a 20 degree x pipe to the center section, raises the pitch of the exhaust, complementing the inline 6 scream, with a more visceral scatalystonic experience. The rear silencer section, working with the cars stock electronic actuated valve system, becomes completely freeflow on valve open, bypassing the silencer for optimum performance, and aggressive sound. under valve closure, exhaust gases are diverted through a series of chambers and acoustic filled section, tuned towards low rpm torque, and a very quiet volume at cruising speeds.   • Kline Innovation Exhaust For Porsche 980 Carrera GT
    The Porsche Carrera GT, with a race developed 5.7L V10 mid engine, producing an impressive 603hp, and 0-60 time of 3.9 seconds. Starting at the drawing board, the points of improvement over the oem and many existing sports exhausts were reviewed. Our main objectives, increase power, remodel and accentuate the sound, and half the weight.   The Sound: Removal of the stock catalyst, and replacing with either high flow HJS race cats, or de-cat pipes, opens up the sound significantly. The sound is then enhanced by our trademark 1D CLR x pipe, raising the pitch to a true F1 sound. On valves open the gases pass directly through the x pipe bypassing the silencer, for a raw unadulterated high piytched F1 scream. On valve closed, the gases are directed through a specially designed harmonically tuned silencer, that completely eliminates cruising drone, making for a comfortable ride when you need it, and a howling race car sound when you want it! Available in standard 304 grade stainless, or Formula one grade Inconel 625 for the ultimate in exotic light weight exhaust.   Performance: Replacing the stock cats with 100 cell HJS race cats results in a peak performance increase of 14hp. Using de-cat pipes peak power gain is around 20hp.   • Kline Innovation Valvetronic Rear System For Lamborghini Urus
    The Urus, Lamborghini’s first entry into the SUV market, is a powerful yet capable utility vehicle. The sound however, we felt was a little on the timid side, and did not reflect the true nature of this fighting Bull!   The Sound: Replacing the restrictive factory catalysts for either 100 or 200 cell HJS HDPE motorsport catalysts opens up the sound significantly, while the 20 degree x pipe blend the gases out of phase, raising the pitch of the exhaust note, and smoothing out unwanted drone. The rear section, utilizes the cars stock electronic valve control system. On valve closed, the gases are diverted through a series of chambers, and acoustic fill sections, producing a smooth quiet ride when cruising. On valve open, the silencer is completely bypassed, for an unhindered, throaty commanding roar that this bull deserves!   Performance: Performance Removal of the secondary catalysts from the silencer section, and addition of a completely free flow system under valve open, result in optimum efficiency from the exhaust, and some moderate power and torque gains 37hp and 48 nm power and torque gain with de-cat pipes.   Specifications:   Catalyst: All cross sections have been increased from stock by around 10% to give the best balance of torque, and increased power.   • Kline Innovation DECAT Cat Pipe Set For Porsche 997 Turbo
    The 997 turbo was our primary marque. After reviewing the factory exhaust, major flaws were pinpointed in all areas of the design, the sound being the most striking flaw. But also torque curves, peak power, and turbo lag were other areas that could be significantly improved, as well as a 65 percent reduction in weight.   The Sound: The Factory setup produces the most lackluster sound, mainly due to a series of chambers, 600 cell catalysts, and the most prominent flaw being the lack of balance between opposing banks. Seriously, i would recommend when considering any aftermarket exhaust for a Porsche turbo, never buy an exhaust without some kind of gas balance between left and right banks. replacing the stock cats for a choice of 200cpsi, 100cpsi, or de-cat increases the sound respectively. Replacing the chambered transverse rear silencer with freeflow harmonically tuned silencers enriches the sound, and the addition of our trademark 1D CLR laminar flow X pipe raises the exhaust pitch beyond the region in which bass noise is able to penetrate the cabin, while under hard throttle and high revs, a rich and raucious vocal ensues. This design was pioneered and innovated by Kline.   Performance: As a turbo forced induction flat 6, the potential for increasing performance via exhaust and software is huge. The largest gains with our De-cat system are 42hp and 65nm. In conjunction with software we achieve 75hp and 102nm 100cpsi and 200cpsi produce gains of 16hp and 21hp respectively.   Tails: Made in house using genuine aerospace grade Carbon fiber, baked in an autoclave at 10 bar.   Specifications:   Cross Sections: De-cat cross section 70mm OD specifically chosen for a balance of peak torque and power.  Silencer section, cross section 63mm OD.   • Kline Innovation 100 Cell Cat Pipe Set For Ferrari F360
    The Ferrari 360, successor to the Ferrari 355, with the flat plane crank v8 producing 395 hp, and a 8500 rpm redline, the Ferrari 360 is a pure drivers machine. Although the exhaust note from factory is adequate, there is room for signifcant improvement, as well as compelling weight reducton.   The Sound: Removal of the heavily chambered rear silencer, and replacing it with our lightweight, Inconel 625 rear section reduces the weight down to a third of the stock exhaust. Addition of our trademark 1D CLR X pipe, raises the pitch of the exhaust to create that high pitched F1 scream. On valve closed the exhaust gases are diverted through our harmonically tuned silencer, to create a “near to stock” smooth driving experience with zero drone on the highway. On valve open the silencer is completely bypassed, with only the x pipe to create that high pitched incendiary F1 scream! Removal of the stock 600cpsi catalysts with either our HJS race catalysts or De-cat pipes opens the sound up further, creating an aggressive F1 sound. Tips come in a choice of double skinned Inconel or stainless, or F1 grade pre-preg carbon fiber. Equal length headers are also available in Inconel alloy, or stainless steel, that add an extra dimension to the sound, as well as moderate performance gains.   Performance: The best performance ca be gained by addition of, rear valvetronic exhaust, De-cat pipes and equal length headers. This will result in around a 21 hp gain, throughout the rev range.
