AWE Track-to-Touring Conversion Kit for 2013-2020, 2022-2026 Subaru BRZ

For a Subaru BRZ with the AWE Track Edition exhaust that has become tiring on long drives, this kit converts it to the quieter Touring Edition. It fits the 2013-2020 BRZ with the 2.0L FA20 and the 2022-2026 BRZ with the 2.4L FA24, since AWE uses one layout for both.

You replace the straight rear section with the Touring Edition rear section, which carries twin 180 Technology® resonators. Those target the drone-prone frequencies rather than restricting flow, so the BRZ still has an AWE note outside while the cabin calms down at highway speed. You keep your current AWE tips; AWE does not include tips with this kit. It is .065" wall T304L stainless and carries AWE's lifetime warranty.

Will this kit fit a stock or non-AWE exhaust on my BRZ?
No. It is designed to convert an AWE Track Edition cat-back that is already on the car. If you do not have an AWE system yet, the AWE Touring Edition Exhaust for the Subaru BRZ is the complete system.

What changes on the car?
Only the rear section. The mid-pipe with its bullet-style resonator stays in place, and the kit bolts to the rest of your AWE Track Edition system.

Do I need new tips?
No. Tips are not included with this kit because you already have them. Your existing AWE tips move over to the new rear section.

How will my BRZ sound after the swap?
Quieter in the cabin. Your BRZ will sound like the AWE Touring Edition: louder and deeper than stock outside, without interior drone at cruise. AWE does not publish decibel figures.

Is it legal?
AWE lists this kit as 50 State Legal because it does not tamper with any emissions control or monitoring devices; it bolts on behind the catalytic converters. AWE does not publish a CARB Executive Order number for it, and local sound limits vary, so check the rules where you drive.

Can I go back later?
Yes. The AWE Touring-to-Track Conversion Kit for the Subaru BRZ reverses the change.
